Default Converted back to NA from Turbo running into some issues

MY07
Hondata Flashpro

I recently converted my car back to NA after taking my turbo kit off. I still have a Full Blown fuel system which consists of a full blown ruel rail, dual 340s on a dual pump hanger, -10an feed and -8 return. I used adapters to have the stock injectors fit on the fuel rail and turned the fuel pressure down to 40psi. I am also running a Comptech intake, PLM Header, and test pipe to a factory exhaust. Couple issues I am running into is that the car seems not get enough fuel on partial throttle and and which causes it to jerk really bad. I tried plugging in my factory o2 Sensor in but I am getting a error code saying the element isn't heating up. I changed it out to a new o2 sensor and have the same issue. The car is flashed with the to a Mugen intake, header, exhaust tune off of the calibrations that come with the Hondata.

Grasping at straws: Does your software know there's a fuel return line in the car? I recall the DBW ('06 and later) cars didn't have one so that may make a difference in how the ECU sees fuel pressure.

The ECU does not see fuel pressure so that's probably wrong straw
But you are driving the car with O2 sensor error? If the O2 sensor isn't working properly it's no wonder it's jerky.

I think the base fuel pressure on 06+ is 60psi, you should look into that

40psi is pretty low. Try turning it up and see if you get favorable results.

According to the factory service manual, fuel pressure at idle should be:

For 00-05 -- 38-46psi
For 06+ -- 55-63psi

So setting your fuel pressure at 40psi is wrong

Not only that, but a factory system is no longer in play any further so all that can be thrown out the window. Id try turning up the pressure to 50-60-70psi and test the results, go from there.

I have a brand new o2 sensor hooked up, but I am still getting error. I have the hondata reading air fuel off of the throttle right now which is why the car might jerky. The fuel pressure stock is at 60psi at idle because it has a returnless system. I have converted mine over to a return line so the fuel pressure needs to be lower at the levels 00-05.

My base fuel pressure is 85psi on my 01. I run it there because I am mechanically fuel enriching rather then through an ecu. Closed loop handles the added fuel at idle and compensates to keep on 14.7 target and the car behaves like stock. My point is, you have messed with your fuel system from the injectors all the way back to the fuel supply, there is no "it should be" at this point. For the sake of trouble shooting see how the engine responds to more idle pressure, that could fix your issue, or it may not, but its certainly related. Basing your idle tune of throttle opening may be a problem. I don't run a DBW so I don't know how the ecu interacts with all your systems like the 00-05 does which I am familiar with.

I bumped up the fuel pressure to around 80 and its running much much better now. I hooked up my wideband, it is reading around 14.7-15 at idle and around 13-15 partial throttle. WOT it goes real rich. I am thinking it is due to the o2 sensor not being read, which another thing I need to look at.
