Default driving around with 410cc rdx fuel injectors with stock ecu

im getting my car tuned on haltech 1000 elite in a couple weeks , i picked up some rdx 410cc fuel injectors , my question is is it safe to drop in the fuel injectors my self and drive down to my tuner or should i drive down to the shop on the stock injectors and just let the shop install them before the tune ?

You wont run right with 410cc injectors and stock ecu, the scailing will be off, id be surprised if the car will even idle, if it did it wont be smooth and risk fuel washing the cylinders. So short answer, no.

It's only 14% bigger than stock, once it's started (which could be problematic) O2 feedback might be able to handle it without to much problems.

I actually tried running 440cc injectors on the car briefly many years ago before I knew better and was immediate how shitty it was running. You want to hope/wait for your ecu STFT/LTFT to correct itself enough to not fuel wash your motor because your too lazy to change the injectors in the parking lot of the tuner, or do it on his bench, be my guest.

I can pull one coil pack and run on 3 cylinders and make it 40 miles as well. I probably wont want that engine afterword though.

Thats good. If you dont know what you are talking about then dont. Running the car on e85 with 15% bigger injectors is 100% fine.
Ideally you have the tank with only e85 then you install injectors.

Also if you do it when the car is warmed up it goes immediately into closed loop.

No, ideally you put the injectors in at the tuner instead of risk fuel washing your engine because your too cheap or lazy to do it right!
