F22C1 x2 = G44D2

Not sure either of those would be any cheaper Building the F22x2 might actually be! $20,000 for a replacement E/90 Bimmer motor I know. God knows how much for the Ferrari!

I'm trying to get in touch with Synergy Power to see what all they had to do to put two I4's together for their V8.

You could always look for the engine out of a current Ford Gt350. Flat plane hi revving V8. Even though swapping that into the S would be a pretty big undertaking I would think it is probably easier.
"The hand-assembled 5.2L Ti-VCT V8 with a Flat-Plane Crank (FPC) found on the 2017 Ford Shelby GT350® is the most powerful naturally aspirated road-going engine in Ford history. With a redline of 8,250 rpm, it's also Ford's highest- revving production V8 yet."

I just looked that up, that's freaking sick. I'm just glad to know it's all possible! I just need to get into the engineering to figure it out. D:
