I would upgrade the valve train if I revved to 10k.

You can order all the valve train parts from endyn:

theoldone.com

the prices are good and the parts are high quality.

I would do the spoon headgasket if you have the head off anyway. May give you 3 ft/lbs TQ. I don't know what problems it may cause.

he wants to rev his 00 S up to 10K rpm by just upgrading his valves! The problems I'm referring to are valve clearance issues using the smaller head gasket and revving that high.

Better safe than sorry I guess. If you are revving to 10 maybe keeping the stock piston clearance isn't such a bad idea.

Then that solves that, I'll just do the complete vavle train and and get it over with.

My entire valvetrain is endyn... Haven't used it yet but people I trust say its good, and that company is highly respected in the engine building community especially for heads.

wait my aftermarkets are cheaper than stock so went with aftermarket instead. It withstands more heat and lighter to my understanding.

If you are going to spin that high make sure you have opened everything up as much as possible... Intake, exhaust, header etc. Endyn can also work on your intake manifold allowing you to better use that last 1,000 RPMs.
