Just thought I would throw this up here. Its nearly finished but still probably a few months out from being running. 6.2L LS with a tremec TR6060 transmission and ford 8.8 diff. I have done all the fabrication myself and its been quite the project. Ill put up some better pictures when I get it back together, I just finished painting the engine bay and interior so in the next few weeks I hope to have everything done except for the wiring.

wow, that'sa lotta fire wall recess!

i'm in interested in seeing the header and what had to be done to the trans tunnel. I know how wide the 6060's are and how oddly specifically sized s2k tunnel is (and structural.)

looks like an iron block - did you punch out a 6l block?

yeah its an iron block lq4 that was bored to the 4.065" pistions from an L92 escalade motor with l92 heads. i didnt have to to much to the trans tunnel just removed part of the original mounting bracket, the car will be completely caged eventually, has a half cage now and I did some bracing under the dash to help support from what was removed. I may just finish the cage to be honest since I wont have much time to move any further for the next 3 months so we will see what happens if i can borrow the tubing bender I will finish the front half minus the door bars which I dont want yet as i will still drive the car on the street occasionally and want to keep windows for now.
