Tuned vs Tuned? I just had mine dyno'd on an MD-500 with K&N FIPK, Berk header, Berk 63.5 HFC, and Tanabe Medalion Touring Catback. 221hp/158tq max on the second run. Plot is from the first run.

If you insist on going cheap, I'd go with a PLM which is basically a copy of the J's header. The original owner of my car had a JVT installed, which I subsequently swapped out for a Ballade Sports. The JVT header, for $100 isn't bad. It's really just an OEM copy with slightly bigger tubes. It DOES NOT compare to some of the better headers out there like the J's, Hytech, Ballade Sports, etc. Unless you're in a rush for some reason, I'd save up for something very good.

Heck, the JVT is just taking up space in my shed. If you pay for shipping, you can have it for like $30.

I have no information on the engine output prior as I didn't baseline it before the mods. The car has a stock ECU and engine, everything else in the drive-train is stock. I plan on trying to get it tested on another dyno for comparison since that is on the high side without a tune, especially on a Mustang dyno according to others.

A dyno chart over lay of the stock vs the last result you have i want to see a direct comparison of both it is the best way to see where you gained and where you lost

Thanks
