I plan on having my S tuned either jan or feb next year.

Current set up:

S2k Ap1
Hytech manifold
Hytech decat
Skunk2 megapower exhaust

The EMS I have is an AEM EMS V1.

I was wondering if the stock air intake is best or is it worth getting a KandN FIPK before having the tune?

K&N isn't. That good IMO.
