It's still listed for sale, I just bumped the price up to what I think it's worth, rather than my previous "quick sale price."

Sounds exactly like me and my turbo. One week ago someone could have had a brand new precision turbo for $500 but that was too low so I decided to run it and switch to the Borg I've had my eye on

If the block has been rebuilt I would hope they replaced the seals when they rebuilt it.

I'd go through the head, get a good valve job, replace the seals and upgrade springs and retainers while you have it apart.
