Do you have a flashpro tune yet? If not I would put that money on a Berk 63.5mm high flow cat and a flashpro+ Gernby tune.

Just adding bolt-ons will not increase the car's performance more than the OEM ECU can adjust for. The FIPK will add a couple. Don't know that exhaust other than it's $1,400 which if spent as recommended above will have some impressive gains for you.

A Gernby FlashPro tune will amaze you with the mid range power. VTEC power comes on at 3600, not 6000 rpm. Requires a high flow cat (Berk 63.5mm personally recommended). I have the FIPK and a Tamabe Medalion Touring dual exhaust and am very happy. First with the tune and secondly with the exhaust as it's more aggressive than OEM but not annoying to me (or my neighbors).

This is all DIY with simple tools and maybe a buddy to help remove the stock exhaust. Find the Mighty Car Mods episode where they fit the (horrible) Invidia Q300 exhaust to their S2000. Fitting the Berk high flow cat is even easier with the entire exhaust off the car. The OEM is one piece and heavy. The aftermarket exhausts are typically in 4 pieces for shipping purposes and easy to install. The FIPK intake will take longer to install.

Whatever you buy OP, just make sure to pair it with a HFC/Test pipe and flashpro tune. Most of gains are going to be from the tune.

I should also add that the flashpro tune with the Berk HFC will improve the sound in the midrange due to the earlier Vtech engagment. So even with the stock exhaust it sounds more agressive than stock. I would like to do the Tanabe touring exhaust next. I bet it really sounds good with that.
