i do have to say.. the HKS single does make pop pop noises on decel which i like. currently with no retune, it does backfire a lot.

if you're in socal, i don't mind doing some live sound clips.
Oh you have a charger too? What kind? I have a Vortech V2 waiting to go on but I need a crank pulley and higher flow fuel pump first. workin on getting those. I might go FMIC for simplicity but don't mind running the stock after cooler too.

GLAD TO HEAR That your HKS pops and backfires

Thanks man, I might take you up on that if I ever get to SoCal sometime in the future

go find a really old OEM exhaust that has a lot of miles on it. They sound pretty good with a test pipe and are quite stealthy. The only down side is the weight. They're about 30-40lbs heavier than some of the really light single titanium exhausts. However, I'd say that they're not that much heavier than aftermark duals like the Q300, HKS Hi-power, and Tanabe touring medalion.

there's always the UK mod. I might do it to mine for the time being until i get a single exit 75mm.
