Well this very awesome to hear! How many miles did it take to set the readiness? I'm assuming you were just limping it around being really careful of how much throttle and revs you gave it?

Exactly that, I just drove it easy, I believe I got them set in about 25 miles. I had all set but the evap in about 15 miles, which was my commute home from work. the car would have passed with the evap not set, but it set on my way to the inspection facility.

that’s not entirely true. I actually ran the car through emissions with 410cc injectors on the stock ECU. That being said, I wouldn’t go out beating the crap out of the car on the stock ECU with this build.

What experience did you have with the cam gears? I have bc2 cams and was wondering how much benefit I will gain from running cam gears.

Gonna be going through this same process soon, just discovered 45% leakdown past the rings in Cyl. 4 so I’m gonna go 2.4 as well, but I think I’ll be staying with stock FRM liners and running InlinePro’s stroker kit, keeping compression close to stock and intend to boost it to 500whp.

Boost will be nice, I ultimately want to go ITB's, but In NJ if I do I'll have to swap out the ITB's for the stock manifold every 2 years. I'm not certain I want to be bothered with that. And the reason I went with sleeves, was 1 because having the steel sleeve with a stroker in theory is supposed to be stronger, and 2 the sleeves on the bare block I purchased were scored really bad. Good luck with your build!!!
