Looks great, should make some good power with that induction setup! Also looking forward to see how the Toda Cs perform. I don't think I've seen anyone really put them on a complete setup.

We have used Toda B's in the past on an F22c with Toda pistons and typical i/h/e. It performed very well, as far back as I can remember, 262 hub HP on a dynapack.

Did you guys notch/grind the valve guides as Toda recommended? I really want cams, but that additional mod is my biggest deterrent from getting the cams

You don't notch the valve guides, you notch the rockers for the primary and secondary (aka non-vtec) exhaust cam lobes. If you don't do this you will cause a lot of damage.

Correct. We will make sure the lobes clear the rockers when we assemble the head. This is a couple of weeks away though. Believe it or not, we are running low on some main bearing colors and honda Greece does not stock them as well. So we are waiting for some bearings to finish the bottom end. For the book, we need the same bearings in all five mains (green-yellow). I guess Toda chooses the best and most consistent cranks from Honda. We also sent a block to GE with the same main bearing code. This means that we could get away with ACL as well but customer requested oem honda bearings.

Are the pistons an off the shelf part or did you order ones with an offset the pin? Whats your goal on the rpm limit?

shelf part + perfect skirt coating. 9000 is the plan for endurance, will definitely take her higher on the dyno to see how it performs.

Well, we generally do not have problems with ACL race bearings as well, as long as we get the desired clearance. But this is not always the case obviously
