"pops and bangs" mapping
Anyone done it?
Risk to damaging engine?
Basically I'm going for manifold/decat/cat back/air filter/70mm throttle and then ECU (not sure which yet).
I heard dumping a load of fuel in at run off from high RPM is good to cool the engine? Plus can result in hillarious over the top pops/bangs/flames which I enjoy due to being a massive kid
Can anyone comment on the reality of this? Have i been misled? will it be funny? Will I blow up my engine?

My H22 + S300 tuned by me + ice = loud ass backfiring from a couple bounces off the limiter in 1st gear. I had to have been shooting fire out the exhaust.

I saw a video of mine on track and it was back firing on the overrun with a 70mm testpipe and exhaust and not much else it looked wicked
