tapered will probably keep flow good....I'm no engineer but I'd choose tapered. could also help create a scavenging effect.

REAL INFORMATION!!!



Only change was J's throttle body for drive by war car. It is tapered with slightly bigger butterfly.

Temps across days were the same or less favorable to the J's.
