Got a question I'm hoping you guys could clear up. My ap1 engine has 150k miles. I plan on doing a JDM engine swap in a year or two. 35k miles and higher compression plus 10extra horses are my reasons.

My question is, if I buy let's say intake/Header/exhaust, intake manifold etc for my ap1 motor, will these parts be able to go onto the new motor? I'm guessing yes, but I just wanna make sure.

Last question is do any of you know a very reliable source for these motors? A good website etc? Thanks.

best place imo to get a jdm motor from would be hmotorsonline. Can't really speak for a S2000 as I just recently purchased an AP1 and it is my first time owning one. But when I swapped my eg hatch years back I purchased a jdm GSR from them and I couldn't be more happier. Motor was clean as day and ran very well for the time I owned it with no problems at all. Also a few buddies of mine have purchased their motors from them without any issues. Hope this helps.
