QUIET performance mods?

The only NA mod I can think of that is quiet is either going with AEM or KPro and then getting tuned. It's a bit pricey, but won't change you sound level and seems to result in ~ 20 hp + more midrange torque from lowering VTEC.

Maybe a Gern pipe would work? I'm not sure how quiet/loud those are though.

The gernpipe will work (100% effective) with stock mufflers (quiet). Gains will be all mid end with a tune. It's all expensive. The gernpipe cost a grand and so does the ems. Add another 400 for dyno time.

The gernpipe helps a lot with drone. I daily drive my t1r70em dual with gernpipe...it's tolerable and sounds good/different, by no means even close to stock muffler sound level.

It was worth it for me. I went through a couple different exhausts because I couldn't find one with real gains and that I could live with dd.

With the amount I spent (gernpipe, ems), I still could barley buy an asm 70...so yeah
