Quietest single exhaust?

if you are looking for quiet.. go asm 60mm.. ive had the 60 and now i have the 70mm... the 60 was a better sounding exhaust at stock loudness... the 70mm im running with a test pipe. def louder but not as loud as the 70mm invidia dual i had.

asm 60mm is by far the quietest single on the market.

Buy whichever system has the biggest muffler and/or biggest resonator.

honestly stock header / cat and megan single is pretty quite

the 70mm asm is my favorite exhaust ive owned thus far. id like to try the asm siren exhaust when made in 70mm

Anyone have a picture of the inside of a ASM muffler? Im really curious how they are designed to be quiet with a 70mm diameter

The reason it's quiet is that it's nearly 30 pounds. Thick pipe, a large muffler with more sound deadening and a beefy resonator.

It's probably not 70mm all the way through and the muffler can is big. Every aftermarket muffler I've seen necks down inside the muffler can. That shouldn't be a big problem though, the main thing is high volumetric efficiency. The closest to full diameter straight through I've seen was the Spoon N1.
