Hmm from your post it seems you bent a valve or something and your rebuilding your head. Just get some port work done on your head and I'm assuming its an ap1 switch to ap2 retainers, upgrade your valve springs and when you put it together use a little thinner head gasket so it bumps your compression ever so slightly.
got some super tech valve springs, retainers, and valves. The rest are all OEM.

As for AP1 for AP2, naw. One of my friends probably high reved the car. Some ones fault, by hey my problem

Ill tell you once I slap them on. Hopefully this weekend. It has a break in period too, so I wont know until a few thousands later.
