Our Mufflers are custom made according to T1R.

I went out and messed with different hanger positions and it seemed the "best" way was to have both muffler hangers on the single exhaust at the hole nearest the "H" which was the way I originally set it up. Any other way caused some contact when wiggled. I couldnt get the center of the muffler 100% center with the ap2 bumper hole, it sits slightly to the right and angled slight to the left. Not terrible.

Yeah! Though it was a windy day blowing in the direction away from the sound meter. I didn't have issues today though either AFAIK (less windy and colder), but I haven't run with SCCA yet which does the perimeter sound metering AND the 90dB at 75 feet, so we'll see if that goes bad (next season though).

I've been running an E-Manage with Karcepts STR tune this season with the stock exhaust in anticipation of the STR spec mid pipe and T1R duals. Between 4K and 5K rpms, it has felt like the motor is choked. The lower vtec engagement point has not been much of a benefit. With the STR mid pipe, I'm definitely feeling the the improved breathing in that range! Steady state cruising is comfortable if you keep the revs above 3500 rpm. Below 3500 it is a little louder than I'd like. I feel like a 17 year old kid looking for attention leaving stop lights now. Already had a ricer Civic chase me down on the way to work this morning.

So the cat wont melt, but it will burn out quicker. A Cat is wear item like brake pads, clutch, tires etc. They typically have a long life time, x0,000 miles, but pushing 50-100% more fuel through your motor and running richer which is required for boosted cars will cause it to burn out 2-3X quicker. That being said, were the cat is placed, it does not experience the same amount of heat as a normal cat. We can not warranty cats on boosted cars but we can work with you to get low cost replacements.
