Walbro 255 Fuel Pump on NA buid?
Hey guys,
I do follow a few build threads on facebook's s2k dedicated pages, and I came across someone who recommended someone going e85 with a k-pro installed, if they have a walbro 255 fuel pump.
Now although I'm rather new, doing some searches I've noticed that most s2k owners here only go e85 w/ fuel pump on a supercharged set up- is it possible to do it on a NA build? and if anyone does have this exact set up, what gains am i expecting?
I honestly wouldn't mind implementing that setup as it gives me more of a variety to touch up on mods in terms of a NA build.
Any advise would be great! thanks!

I've gone back to OEM fuel pump for now,as I found fuel surge worse with the 255. It will have a higher flow demand than the OEM one.
I'm 210 whp (or about 300 on a US dyno )

I have the Bosch 044 inline pump on my car (NA 390 HP) and run it at 55 psi. I have a 3/4" I.D. fuel rail and a return line located at the end of the fuel rail with a 0.060" restriction in the return line back to the tank. The large fuel rail and restricted return line eliminate all surging.

I am running the stock pump with E85 on my NA and factory return-style setup. I don't think the return-less does quite as well. I believe Robert Thorne had to convert to a return-style (pre-2006) setup as he was losing fuel up top.
I do get fuel starve at anything under 3/4 tank on long left-hand turns. My plan is to work out something without having to add any external tank or pumps (maybe some type of baffling).
