I haven't seen this header design. Can someone identify the maker?

Got me stumped. I can't find another one like it that has the 2 middle runners routed like that. No markings of any kind on the flange or anywhere?

i have seen it before somewhere..the rounded flange and that diamond plate on the joint seem familiar
