Default Ronacs All motor build 2012 F24 ITB

I just wanted to share some pictures of my build for this summer season. The motor is all broken in as of today. Here are the specs on the setup:

Hondata K Pro
K24 Crankshaft (milled off flywheel lip)
Inline pro connecting rods
87.5mm CP pistons for 12:1 compression
Sleeved block
Brian Crower NA Stage 2 cams
AP2 retainers
Welded intake runner to remove stock injector ports
OBX ITB
490CC Magneti Marelli Pico Injectors
Haltech TPS
Aeromotive FPR
Megan racing engine and transmission mounts
Hasport Billet diff mounts
AP2 Transmission
4.44 rear differential built by Puddymod

K24 Crankshaft

A shot of the lip on the crankshaft that needs to be machined away

Notice how the flange doesn't have the port cut outs for the injectors

Trying to show the head with the injector cut out filled in

for the build, I'm curious I just checked those CP pistons #sc7171 > 11:1 on F22C... In your pictures they look seriously domed? is the Compression Height lower?
What fuel are you running?
Cheers

The compression ratio is dependent on the swept volume so the compression ratio for a given piston will be different in F20 vs F22 vs F24. With a CP SC7171, stock head gasket, inlinepro rods and k24 crank, the CR works out to be about 12:1. The compression height of the pistons are the same as stock, +1mm out of hole. I'm running 94 octane from Chevron.
