The OP stated his tires. Personally, XP10F/8R is way overkill for narrow, budget tires. Brakes don't stop cars, tires do. If your brakes exceed the tire's friction potential, you'll be ABS'ing way too early/much. You could have the absolute best braking system in the world, but without tires to match, you've wasted a ton of money.
Matching pads to tires/weight is advised. We see the same thing with all the FI guys. They increase power a lot, but never address the necessary supporting mods. It is simply my opinion that 10's/8's are too much for the OP's current tire selection.

What I found is, the pads are decent enough for the S02s, but the fluid boils a lot faster when I ran with 615. (OEM S02 size, non staggered 615 size)
I don't even want to imagine my fluid situation if I go to R compounds.
