Ballpark pressure for Re71r's
#11
Mine have been in the 38-40 range at first to conserve their life.
Now with a 2nd set of wheels I was going to go lower but even with the high pressures I was shocked at their grip/feel.
Super stiff sidewalls and like above, shoulder wear is great.
Example, bumpy track/induced oversteer on probably 38psi 215/245 on FPSport Ohlins:
Grrrrrip! @ 1:42ish

200 TW tires like 31 psi front 32 psi rear working pressure +/- 2psi. It's not temperature It's being out of the tire pressure window that kills their grip.
Run a couple hot laps then box, check tire pressure after your run, set tire pressure so that it's at the pressure window on all 4 tires. For example at Laguna Seca, you would run two psi lower on the right side, to even out the pressure on the left after a few hot laps. So if you run 26f 28r cold pressure, you would do 24 26 on the right side, and hot pressure would be 31 front 32 rear on all 4 after a few hot laps.
