Update, I bought a 997 C2S to get my extra hp fix and still have the S2k as a reliable track toy.

Still have a/c?

We are having good results with our KW kit on the track at the 400whp level.

To be fair, aren't you the guy with the K24 and custom kit by Andy, or is that a different car?

It's a modified S2K kit on a K24, yeah. I wouldn't call it a custom kit though.

Just an FYI, a kraftwerks supercharged s2000 just ran one lap of America. It placrd 5th overall and 1st in class.

Close to 5000 miles in a week. The car is using an s2000 kraftwerks supercharger mated to a k24 motor.

Andy Smedegard from ASM could give you more insight if you want to look him up.

Every KW kit is custom, because once you pull it out of the box you have to go down a laundry list of sourcing upgraded bolts and brackets and exact finite set up/instillation procedures, and then sprinkling ferry dust with a prayer for good measure if you want it to hold together more then two months. I'm not sure whats gone through the most growing pains, the original c30 kit or the current c38 cogged system. An added 12hp at a given pressure from a rotrex blower isn't worth the sacrifice in frustration, overall reliability and longevity of a Novi blower to me. SOS has perfected a kit that utilizes this blower. I just couldn't justify any other supercharger alternatives. SOS is clearly out front on kit design of any other supercharger on the market.

Just took the KW kit off my car... Keep having dumb issues and always a different bolt breaking that takes all the pulleys out with it so I end up at square one again. This time it was the bolt on the back of the S/C and was 15 minutes after I spent 2 weeks putting it all back together.... Think I am going to stay N/A for a bit. really miss the power. When the car ran it felt great. Literally broke my heart to have to take it off but it was leave it on and keep fighting dumb stuff or take it off and be able to do some trips and enjoy my car. If I S/C again it is going to be the SOS kit.
