I did try that, and it seemed to work for a little while, but by the end of the session it had become loose again.

You ever plan on putting in a 4point harness? Wanna see how that would fit/look?

Already have the harnesses (5 point) bought, just waiting for my RSG Rollbar to arrive so I can install them.

Hey just curious if you had installed the harnesses yet? I am seriously considering this seat because of the cost and apparent ease of installation.

Also wondering if you think it would be comfortable for a smaller framed person as well. I am 150 lbs with 30" waist.

Thanks!

Yes got around to installing the harnesses a couple of weeks ago:

I do believe the seats would be comfortable for someone your size, but you will not be as supported. My wife is smaller than you and she finds the seats very comfortable, but she does move in them alot more than I do.

I have more pics and details in my build thread: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/automoti...nside-1152732/

I am not sure what makes a seat "HANS" compatible, but there is nothing in how this seat is made that keeps it from working with my NecksGen but I can't comment on how other Head & Neck Restraint systems work with the seat.
