Default Custom Rollbar

Hey guys,

I just got back from Modular Depot in Kentucky after getting specs for a rollbar I may have them build. It would be done with mild steel and use the .95 rating or whatever it is called. SCCA requries .94 Wall thickness. The bar would be welded into the chassis and would run about 600-900. What do you guys think. Triple H what did you end up paying for your bar. In addition, this would include a harness bar as well.

Thanks

ARe you gutting out the interior aft of the seats?

if yes then its a fair price, if you are keeping the interior, then that price you quoted is really cheap

The interior is all ready stripped, the car has Sparco Pro 2000 in it with a custom harness bar already, but all the talk of flippin and dying without a rollbar got to me.

I'm pretty sure (tho not positive) scca requires .120 wall, not .095

and that .095 and .120 -are- the common sizes for roll bar tubing.

Krazik is correct, I missed typed. I am going to discuss this with them whenever I decide to get this done. I think it is .120 though.

Thanks for the input
