Do Hoosiers Break Wheels?

Done with my research. Based on multiple guys running R7s on TSW Nurburgrings here in Florida I can expect to do at least 20 weekends and not have a problem. Thats 3 to 4 years for me. I can live with that value. I wont be going back to the track with my current wheels once these tires are done. I cant complain. They ve done 30 weekends on 200TW tires at bumpy Sebring and Nascar banked Homestead.

Short answer; no. If you have good set of wheels, dont worry about them. However, your driving style can play its part. If you like to slam on curbs and put wheels off, then having a stickier tire while doing so, may not help but Hoosier in itself will not crack a wheel.
