I still haven't received my missing front bushings and can't get them to respond to emails or my calls. Getting frustrated as I want to install these.

I was ordering a set from these guys and they just seemed like pushy fast talking salesman. Then I read of all their customer service issues. Glad I didn't go with them.

After a bit of follow-up, Dan at ESM told me that they have shipped the last spherical (we had two that were defective visually). I haven't gotten a tracking number, but as long as it gets here, that's fine.

I'm hoping that the hardest thing about the install will be removing the old bushings and that the sphericals that I have will go in easily with little or no modifications. I'll update everyone. I'm hoping to have this done by August so that I can get back to the track.

Same deal with me except he told me it shipped weeks ago with no tracking number. Pretty skeptical that it actually shipped as I asked for a tracking number multiple times with no success.

It’s taken me awhile but I’d like to share that I had a horrific experience with this company. Wrong fitment , refusal to respond, etc

I would suggest u bail and look for alternatives for the items missing
