Default Fuel starvation- fixs?

Im experiencing this pretty badly at a track i go to. Hairpin to an uphill right and a nice left hand sweaper into a strait.

Well two options i know of a) surge tank and b) some sort of cover

im looking for more info on the cover as several people have suggested it but my searches are coming up completely blank. I cant find any info that it exists. If someone can point me in the direction of who makes it or info on it, that would be fantasic.

thank you

I have this installed in my tank.

https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/hydramat/hydramats/parts/16-111

however it doesn't sit flush with the factory fuel swirl pot. I'm boosted and recently on track I've had a fuel issue at 6k and the car won't go past that. I'm pulling the pump and seeing if the mat is still attached to the pump. This is the only mat that works with an OEM style inlet so far.

That at being said I haven't ran the car enough to see if it worked. Previously I could run 8 laps before fuel starve. Basically anything under half a tank and a left turn it starves.

I can can see a fuel surge tank in my future if this doesn't work. However the thought of a fuel source under the car attached to a second pump isn't appealing.

Is this what you meant with cover? https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-fo...-tank-1172624/
I got one (haven't fitted it yet) and I definitely think it will help, probably not an end solution but maybe enough on some cars/tracks.

Hey man, hope youre still active but how did that holley fuel mat treat you? im having this left hand fuel starve issue (even if im at a stop and i swing the car left doing a 180)
i dont wanna go as far as the surge tank yet but wondering of your thoughts on that mat

A hydramat is not quite such a simple solution. I am running one in the stock sock location. It required modifying the stock pump setup to move the pump higher as you run out of depth. It doesn't starve as bad with very high g turns on autocross but still sputter a bit. My next step is to add a radium siphon pump to take fuel from the other side and dump it into the bowl. I will be working on this over the winter
