I had fuel starvation even on the street multiple times with r compounds while NA. It felt like a stumble mid RPM climb. Similar to a misfire but very brief. I added a surge tank with the turbo and it'd gone away.

Is it fuel starvation or something else? See between 52-55s and notice the engine sound (fuel level 80/100)
In this video, does the car have a tune?

I've experienced similar but I'm on AEM V1, at first I thought it was my tune, oil pressure or fuel but I'm leaning more toward driver error and me hitting 6th gear when my intention is to go to 4th. I have no data or video to back this up but I did catch myself doing it recently.

Good luck.

Ive experienced this regularly in my stock ap2 during autocross. Always after a left hand sweeper. It has happened with fuel level a little over half. I now keep it filled to at least 3/4 tank without an issue.

Like others, seems like fuel starvation. Feels like the car just cuts power as soon as you turn the wheel then comes back once its straightened out. Happens to me on the track at high G corners at anything less than half tank. Anything around 1/4 tank and it's every corner. Pre-DBW you can just get a surge tank. 06+ and you have to retrofit a fuel return which is why I just keep the tank above 3/4 tank to the extent possible.

As I understood fuel starvation feels hards but here it felt soft. However, I hope data logging will show somthing in next time there.

it's not hard as in it feels like hitting the brakes. It feels like your throttle is no longer working (which I suppose is true) and the sounds out of your engine bay are noticeably different like sucking in air but no fuel. It sounds different than just letting off the throttle.
