Honda Cup at Thunderhill, Aug 4-6
 

Some of you locals in N. Cal might not be aware that there will be Honda Cup racing this weekend at the SFR SCCA double regional at Thunderhill. We will be classed with ITE in Group 1. Schedule is:

Friday:
Practice-1 8:30
Qualifying-1 1:30

Saturday:
Race-1 8:30
Qualifying-2 3:00

Sunday:
Race-2 9:40

Ry, Derek, at least you guys are coming, right? Kiwi and Brandon are regulars also, and hopefully some additional NorCal people. Dennis (Nobody), can't you race with us also, even if not as a Honda Cup entrant? I see that the Butte College T2 S2000 is entered in Group 1 with us.

Group 1 will have several classes, so maybe 50+ cars in the group? We had 60-70 at Laguna last year and at Cal Speedway this year.

Oh Snap, I'm going to be in SF tonight. I was perusing the local track calenders for events but didn't think anything was going on (except NHRA at Infineon :rolleyes: ). How long is the drive from downtown?
