HOW TO: Install OMP steering wheel and NRG Quick release in the s2000 (video inside)
I installed my OMP Superquadro flat-bottom steering wheel, NRG short Hub, and NRG Quick release 3.0 in the s2000. I haven't had the car on track yet with the new setup, but the ergonomics of the wheel for me seem to be a huge improvement. I no longer have the issue of my knees hitting the bottom of the wheel when heel-toe downshifting. This became a problem recently when I installed my new Sparco Circuit 2 Halo seat and I could not get the seat as low as my previous Recaro pole Position had been.

Airbag clip is a little different on AP1 I came to find out lol luckily my friend helped me figure out how to install the resistor. Turns out it only needs one on AP1! |
I like that setup! How does the physical position of the wheel compare? I am having trouble figuring out what I need to keep it in the stock position |
Used this video 3-4 weeks ago to install the same exact parts, except for the steering wheel (went with a sparco 330mm). It was excellently done, and preferred over another video I referenced.

Question: why did you choose the Circuit/Circuit II over the similarly priced and sized Pro Adv/Pro Adv TS?
