Little Update, ABS is out thanks to Dynasty Racing for taking it in and knocking that out while I was on crutches. Also got it across he scales. 2550lbs no driver. Still heavy.... Hmmm
Soon as I can walk I get to feel how the brakes feel.

Sorry, I haven't read all the way back, but what's the issue/benefit of going to <2006 ABS? I ask because my 06 swap appears to be working fine with the ABS as is but have only tested in very low grip conditions so far.

Absolutely nothing is the same. All the hardlines, master, Booster etc etc all has to be replaced. Be about the same as trying to put a Kia ABS in it. This car even when it had the F22 in it was a ABS nightmare. Previous owner put a new pump and computer in it after it failed and put him in the wall at Daytona. I weighted heavily back and forth and spent a lot of time and money trying to get the ABS going before I made the decision to ditch it.

Got it, so it wasn't an issue that came about due to the swap?

Thanks for the reply.

No, but the ability to read the codes and diagnose the issue was a result of the swap. Since he OEM ECM is gone and most of that wiring is history it's impossible to read codes through the OBD2 and therefore read the ABS computer to see what the devil happened. But about a year ago it just stopped working one day.

Took her up to Roebling this weekend. Half radiator worked great as coolant sat at 185 constantly. Car has a lot to be sorted and my driving coulda been better (been 2 years since I've been on a track). But it went fairly quick. Pretty sure I left 2-2.5 seconds out there between being rusty, being warry of the brakes and the shutting off which happend in T1, T3 and T8 on the fast lap. On the best session the car started turning off in corners. Full power cut. Assuming I've got a loose connection somewhere. Enjoy,
