Default Kosei K8Rs are back!

They were off the market for a while but good to see they are back for sale. 16.6lb, 17x9 +62 offset and only $189 a wheel.

I like the design of these and lightweight is great. Being 9" with a +62 offset, would a fender roll and tab relocation be in order for a slightly lowered S2000? (front and back)

Important Note: Aggressive fitment. This will require fender lip rolling and camber adjustment.

These are the exact same specs as the TR C3s (which I 2 sets of) and Im 13" hub to fender. Only thing I had to do for a 255 tire to fit was bend the front fender tabs a little and that was when I was running -2.5 camber. Don't know about a BBK, but I wouldnt hold my breath.

Why would a +62 offset be an aggressive fitment?

Ian has a set. Yes. The spokes are very convex in person

Not in my opinion, no, since it wouldn't require fender modification to work. +50 or less is aggressive IMO, as they then require fender modification on a lowered S.

I am waiting for them to be instock and will be ordered 3 more sets. I use these wheels for racing and have held up great to the abuse. They also clear my st40 brakes with room for days!!!

I have run 17x9 +63 and +60 on stock suspension with > -3 camber on a 255 RS3, occasionally I will eat a fender liner button at the track

Other than that fits fine

PSA - I use a spoon lower ball joint, so I push from the bottom arm out as opposed to an SPC which will pull from the top arm in. If you want to be sure about not rubbing, use the SPC setup.
