I think the car and the custom brakes are both awesome. People on this forum drool when they can get wheels that weigh 1 pound less, and here you are dropping nearly 20 pounds of rotational weight plus additional unsprung weight, and saving money over a prebuilt kit. Kudos on stuffing the 315 A7s in there, too. There are people who say a NA S2000 can't push anything bigger than a 255 but that's obviously not true. I love anyone who's willing to move outside convention in the pursuit of optimization for the task at hand.

if you remove the rear brakes all together you could save another 26lb!

I'm all for light brakes and all, but whats with pairing the super light brakes with some heavy a$$ boat anchor wheels?

Those 18x10s are 20 lbs each and were 100 per wheel... Try finding some that light that aren't $350 each. I'm planning on switching to 16s next year though with r75a hoosiers

Looks good.

My observation is the Dynalite is on the flexible side of brake calipers vs. the Superlite or newer Aero4. Have you stiffened the master cylinder mounting either with the external bracket or by reinforcing its mount?

these are the dynapros, they are suppose to be a bit better than the dynalites. I haven't stiffened the MC mount. with 315's and good pads it already stops way better than I need it to for autocross, and it seems like extra weight.
