Bullwings, actually we tested it against RPF1. We ran RPF1 on quali Saturday and race Saturday. Someone will have a picture. It was black color. We're doing it for testing. I've always wonder the advantage of lighter yet skinnier or wider yet heavier.

Of course the best of both world would be ideal. Unfortunately we're not living in ideal world.

I'll take faster. What was the time differential?

The time differential is not much. 0.2 seconds.

That time differential is on how big a track? Also, does the 10j vs 9 j deliver more consistency thru feel? It may not play such a big part for a good driver like you but for novices like myself, it might make a bigger difference

It's in Sonoma raceway. 2.5 miles. Consistency is better. I was able to cluster my lap times better. With the RPf1 I can do cluster of 6 laps within .8 seconds. On the 10" rota I can do it within .5 sec.

Comparison was done using Pirelli slicks. 245/620/17

Feedback should definitely improve with a 10 vs 9 as well.

Hmmm... Gap and consistency might be a bigger delta with street rubber do you think?
