Finally,

The car is going into the shop for a custom front sway bar.

This is what I've mentioned to Bill Gendron of what seems to have been effective (basically Gary Thomason's bar):

1. 1.25" diameter
2. .25" thick wall
3. Blade Adjustable
4. Gary Thomason's was rubbing
5. Driver's weight bias (his idea)

Any other info I should share with him?

3. Read the discussion of blade adjustable anti-roll bars in Carroll Smith's Engineer to Win.

5. I assume this means level the car to compensate for driver weight. This will just mess up the cross weights, since you cannot do the rear bar as well. Will over load the left front/right rear.
