One of these days I'm going to have to write a piece about all the upgrades I've done that didn't make me or my car faster.

It's hard to write a bad review when you put so much money into an upgrade. The important part of the review will be the follow-up lap times dropping below his personal best.

I think I saw the light after going for a ride with Dave at the last event. His stock AP1 definitely moves, provided you know how to drive.

Would love to see this comparison too.
Would love Rob's impressions on these as well.
We definitely have a lot of customers dipping their toe in the water when it comes to racing, but we have some really accomplished DFV customers as well. Gernby shaved 1-2 seconds faster on his typical AutoX times.

I will be doing some nice comparisons between Stock AP2, Ohlins DFV, and Evasive Spec Tein SRC setup beginning early next year. With some data to back up my opinions of each as well. I have spent the last year finding the proper baseline with the stock AP2 setup. A stock S2000 is much faster than many people realize.

My first shake down with the new dampers was at Buttonwillow CW #13 in September with the following setup on the car:
Ohlins DFV with 700/572 lb in springs
APR GTC 200
J's Racing front camber joints and RCAs
Alignment: -2.4 camber f/ -2.7 rear, 5.8 degrees caster, 1/16in toe in rear
255/40/17 BFG Rivals on TR MS 17X9 all around

square tire setup
12k/10k springs (about 685/571, so close to the same) on KW Clubsports
Whiteline front bar, no rear bar. Your rear wing sorta does the same thing as my removing the rear bar, except the balance towards understeer is speed dependent with the wing.
I'm currently -2.0f/-2.7r camber, but I'm going to bump the front to even with the rear at -2.7 after getting a bit excessive outside shoulder wear. Also, looking at pics, it's apparent the front can use a bit more camber. Also running 1/16" rear toe-in.
