My Challenge version have not moved, but I did have one deform/open up around the sleeve and it knocks around. Did not realize there were replacements now, so I'll probably pick up a set of these and replace as needed.

No. But I always use a generous amount of dielectric grease when I install bushings.

Mine have been in for at least 2000 miles now and driven in the rain a few times. No squeaking issues and mine are torqued to factory spec or something tight. Don't really know, as I've always gone with yeah that's plenty tight on the upper arms. Not sure that it makes any difference whatsoever but Mark installed mine in the arms for me as he's a friend and local. I'll be heading to the the Dragon in a few weeks and I'll end up doing another 700-1000 miles in the car so I'll have a bit more feedback once I return if any new issues have cropped up.

My experience mirrors yours. Torqued to factory spec, on the car for ~3300 miles. No issues or noises that I have noticed.

Will it fit the rear? Are they the same size?

While not Origin Fab, I have @roel03 's Bushings which function the same but we're easier to install due to being tapered a bit. I didn't unload the suspension since it's Delrin not rubber so there isn't any deflection. Corvettes Delrin bushings are the same way. I probably have 2000 miles on them at least without issues. I did the Grassroots Motorsports poly bushing trick for keeping them from squeaking and it's been fine except a small squeak when first moving in the rain but then nothing.

DIYGuys (I forget his S2Ki name) did a video on it recently and did the same so if you want to install them refer to that video.

No, rears use different sized UCA bushings.

Just updating this once again since I have had a few people ask on Facebook and I just link threads here.
I have about 10k miles, no issues with my bushings. Car is driven to events, in the rain, and it's seen a few AP1 spins from some friends.

Still no bushing noise. I have free movement with it torqued to 65 ft-lbs and blue thread locker used on the UCA bolts.

While I haven't used a set screw yet, I'm doing a suspension refresh and I'm going to add that before painting them.

My Fortune Auto 510 coilover lock collars did have to self clearance a bit but it's only enough to annoy me looking at it, nothing major.
