Ask the Uk forum mate, alot of us including me have fitted these as Honda dont sell the bushes seperately.

I thought so also.There is some really good info at the UK forum and nice people Good reviews of the bushes.Apparently, you can purchase everything you need except the castor and front end lwr rear compliance bushings from Powerflex.Mugen or spoon for these bits and they are hard rubber rather than urethane.Probably best to buy a set of used suspension arms and take them to be pressed out, then new ones in.Less down time between swap and you can take your time doing it.Or you can rent/buy a ten ton press.Glad I could help all those that were interested See how it's done?
