Default Quicker steering, more angle

I found the company in japan that makes modified steering knuckles for our s2000's. I ordered a set for my car and cant wait to install them and see how they work out.

and if anyone is curious about getting a set for yourselves, heres there site. They do make other goodies for drifting.

this is mainly a drift related part, but quicker steering should be an overall plus. If you want to utilize full angle you'll be limited to 215's. I'm sure with steering angle limiters that problem could be solved. this could be a great addition for a track/autox car.

Many of us with 255 front tires and brake ducts are adding spacers to reduce the steering angle to prevent brake duct rubbing. These would be really great for drifters that need the extreme countersteer. You can get quicker steering with a smaller diameter steering wheel. Personally I think Honda pretty much nailed the steering speed with their rack and steering wheel size. I tried a small steering wheel but it was too hard to be smooth. My current wheel is just slightly smaller than stock.

it'll prob be another 2 months before i update this. Airmail would have been a pretty penny, so i went the cheap route and had everything shipped to me.

ps, ty rob for the insight. I guess my smaller wheel + quicker ratio will be worlds different from my stock setup.

I also ordered some camber adapters. They extend the knuckle further out on the bottom end to increase caster and camber. Was curious what your thoughts are on this for grip racing.

essentially they're spacers.

this was the prototype.

Imo, this seems like an easier option then buying j's type2's or something similar. Am I off base here?

The forces that will be applied to this look like it will easily snap the bolts or the plate

it would appear that way, but these guys run 16/20K front springs with no ill effects. they hop curbs etc. so, i'm pretty confident that i'll be ok.
