Default Ride Height Recomendations w / GC / Koni

I could use some set up help from the track guys with experience.

My AP1 has GC / Koni coilovers . I'm doing track set up . Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup . Stock swaybar . Car will be driven hard ( 20 yrs SCCA Club Racing experience )

Ground control recomended 475 # Front - 525 # Rear ..... That's where it is now.

This seems backwards ..... With the handling characteristics of our cars I'm thinking 525 # Front & 475 # Rear...... Shocks set full firm front & 1 turn off full soft rear.

I would love to hear the voices of experience comment.

Corner Weights on Friday , I understand that the OEM ride height is 192MM front & 220 rear ( Measured from LCA bolts to ground ) ....... My understanding is that anything lower than 1" from stock will mess up suspension geometry / hit bump stops / ect...... How low should I go ?

I would love to hear some initial ride height experience as well.

This car will see some weekend use and track days.

Other set up thoughts :
- Front Camber @ 1.5
- Front Caster @ 6
- Front Toe @ 1/16 in per side
- Rear Camber @ 2.5
- Rear Toe @ 1/16 in per side

Thanks in advance for your input.

Not enough camber for the track. And there should zero toe in front.
