Roll Bar and OEM sound proof material?

Default Roll Bar and OEM sound proof material?
Is it recommended that I remove the sound proofing layer (at least that's what I think it is) when installing the roll bar?

Looks like you already bolted it in? Seems fine to me.

I would only remove the carpet looking sound deadening because it's hideous.

If those pics are yours and the bar is already installed, I wouldn't worry but i would check the torque on those fasteners after awhile.
