This guy did a pretty good job on my fenders in the past.

spunkysandoval (isaac) is also a pretty good fender roller, but he's located in Temecula now and doesn't really do it much.

Alternatively, you can also try PMing anorexicpoodle and ask him where he went.

I already talked to him about it (and I think my answer scared him) but to get the clearance I have I rolled and pulled the fenders pretty significantly which led to paint chipping at the edges.

Long story short I wound up re-shooting the car after all the fender work was done since the pulled fenders had a trailer backed into one of them while sitting outside a shop.

I tried to be more mild at first on the fenders, but always ended up having rubbing contact in banked corners (ask ringer about the importance of fender clearance in banked corners at Chuckwalla), finally I gave up and told them "I dont care how much paint I lose i don't want anymore rubbing ever". In the end I'm quite happy with the result since I'm pretty future-proof for wheel setups now.

Yeah I've been hesitant to roll the fenders but I'm over it so now I'm itching to put on the bigger wheels I got. During my research for after market fenders I came across this company extreme dimensions which makes wide front 30mm fenders but I'm wondering about fit and finish and if anyone has heard of them.
I think realistically I'm going to have to roll them soon hope to get it done before Chukuwalla

If paint is chipping then not enough heat is being used. Get those suckers to the point where it will burn you to touch them. And if that's still not enough well then you're beyond needing what should be done with a fender roller. You can only ask so much of the fenders.

Thanks for your interest in our fenders. We carry a 25mm wider than oem A-sport fender

And we also have a 40mm wider than oem Type js front fender

The finish is a black protective coating, this would need to be sanded and possibly skimmed with bondo for a smooth finish before paint. As for fitment, we stand behind it. If you have any problems, let us know and we will walk you through the installation or help you out.

FYI for the above fenders you will need to take points in S2KC.

The only free fenders points wise are downforce since they offer no aero advantage.
