Event Debreif:
I competed in the Street Rear Wheel Drive class and came in second place. Greg (GT Motoring) took first place in Street RWD! Mike from GT Motoring took second place in FWD in his RSX.
Here are some pictures from the event, the rest can be found in the album:

Takata's James Elterman blew his built motor in the first practice session on Saturday (put a whole in the block). Here his team is swapping motors in the garage with a spare stock motor they brought a long.
The garage was large and packed with race teams and car show vendors.
The pits outside the garage was full, too.
Heck, the whole infield was filled with imports!
Greg from GT Motoring's newly built Honda S2000 making pass through the hot pits during Saturday's practice.
GT Motoring RSX in the Bridgestone pits (Bridgestone sponsors GT Motoring).
Mike driving his RSX back to the pits after a practice session.
My car in the pits, sponsor decals applied.
Another member of the Bridgestone team's Mazdaspeed 3.
Sharp looking S2000 in what looked like M3 blue.
Ryan Gate's AMS Evo X in the garage.
James had his new engine in by Saturday afternoon.
Forged's Nissan GTR in the garage.
On track for the Time Attack! Photo courtesy of Micheal Carpenter (more of his here).
Here are some more on track photos, from HKYStormFront on the my350z forums. He's got some great shots, more can be found here.
Going into turn one.
Another from turn one.
Exiting the first hairpin.
Awards time!
Mike took second in Street FWD.
James took second in Modified AWD, despite the engine swap.
Ryan took the win in Modified AWD.

It did not get sorted out. I'm just going to run with the busted third gear again. At least with Redline, I'll only really have to make shifts in anger during the timed sessions
On the good news front, I'll be running street this time around
Also, I posted some video of us from Autobahn if you haven't seen it yet:

Aaron,
Thanks, though I can't blame the trans for the gap Greg had on me. He built his new car right and drove it well.
I am still planning on Putnam. Are you going to be there? Running TT in the S2000? Any further resolution of ball joint rule issue?
