It's okay to hit the rev limiter as long as you're not doing so for extended periods. Mechanical over-rev would be doing a money shift from 3rd to 2nd (when you're aiming for 4th) and the engine is physically forced well beyond it's 9k limit. This will potentially do damage to your engine depending on how bad you over-rev.

Sorry for the bump but I was curious if anyone knew the legality of the Anniversary parts? Since they are a factory released part, they should be legal since they are Mugen or something.
