Splitter Brackets
#11
Well here it is. Turned out just as I wanted. I have a few tweaks to make it look perfect, but it fit spot on. How it works is it is bolted to the Devsport bracket, then it holds all of the nuts captive onto the bracket. This allows you to remove/install the splitter from underneath the car without having to have a wrench to hold the top nuts from spinning on you

The two screws that will hold it on here are not shown, but I'll get them added soon. Some clearance holes will need to be added to the splitter for these screws, but that's easily done.

Yes, drill your own holes. It is highly recommended to wear a respirator when drilling or sanding composite materials. Inhaling the strands is horrible for your respiratory system.

If u wana stand on ur splitter than u need to custom make the mounting because I don’t think anyone makes a legit mounting system for a good price. The devsport stuff looks good. Iv personally never tried them but iv seen a few ppl run those brackets on the track.

I'm working on a DIY either tonight or tomorrow. It's really easy.

Please excuse the mess of a driveway, i used original mounting points in the front frame i did have to bend in the original bumper support where it bolts to to gain some clearance for the bracket to slide in, made some angled brackets and welded some Aluminium nuts to them ( have now got a Rivnut kit so will use Rivnuts next time saves welding the stuff ) also i made plates to go underneath the brackets so it clamps the board in between, just in the process of fixing the ends up to the headlight light brackets
