The DTC30 is a fantastic street/track pad. If they didn't dust, I'd call them a miracle.
I don't believe the Stoptech Sport replaces the Street Performance; they're intended for different uses.

...as well as a new name for the former StopTech Street Performance Pads, which are now known as StopTech Sport Brake Pads.

Ah, fair enough; I didn't realize the distinction between the old Street Performance and new Street pads.

I'm curious if they changed their formulation although their language seems to indicate it was just a name change. I absolutely hated the Stoptechs for street and track, they never felt like they had good bite on street or track. Funny thing is I have the same pads in my EM1 and they feel much better, although I wouldn't call them great.

The Stoptechs are great for autox (street performance). I have run them on and off on two cars over 10 years. I have not met another autocrosser that said they were bad. Probably up there with the more common street pads run in autox besides hawks in my experience.

I have Hawks on now ... hard to say if I like them any better than the Stoptechs. Way more dust though. More initial bite, which I kind of like, but in some situations I do not like as much. But in any case the Stoptechs proved their value to me and many others.

Now, on the track, they will likely overheat (talking about the street performance ones) and would not be as good there. I know people who have run them at track days and they were ok, but they were probably not pushing them much. But, for daily driving and autox they work great. I still have them on the FWD I used to autox that I just daily drive now. Way better than stock and less dust than most other street performance pads I have run.
