TT4 or TT5 Classification? Looking For Fast TT4 Setup.

I'm looking to maximize my TT4 potential for this season after watching some guys put down blistering laps at Road Atlanta in their TT4 S2000's.... https://youtu.be/QxnmYkKb3W0

I'm currently running:
Ohlins DFV coilovers
SPC front/rear adjustable ball joints
Aftermarket rear toe arms
Aftermarket front sway bar
K&N drop-in filter
Header, high flow cat & exhaust
Voltex race bumper with splitter & canards less than 4"
J's front fenders
ASM rear overs
J's racing wing
OEM style carbon fiber hardtop
17x10 RPF1's with 200tw 255/40 tires (also have a set of R1's & A7's if allowed)

I still have a hard time using NASA's classification sheet and haven't found someone local that can really walk me through it. What would be your recommendation based off what you see here, or would I just put myself into TT5 with the current setup?

Just buy Todd's car.

A S2000 is more competitive in TT5, but you'll have to do some work to get your car there. The front splitter, bumper, canards will have to go. You can leave the rear toe arms but it's not worth the points hit. What's your whp?

As for TT4, it can be competitive but most guys have trouble getting enough power. Todd is the outlier here.

It will take alot to max out for TT4. Assuming your car makes 200WHP Avg you would need to be around 2600lbs wet with Hoosier A7s. Easier and cheaper to set your car up for TT5. There are some guys who are competitive NA in TT4 but its because their region doesn't have other maxed out TT4 cars with good drivers.

Power wise I would stick with a stock header and do a K&N intake and ECU tune.

And I think the best wing is the APR GT-250 and just put a splitter on the front don't worry about fenders and stuff

Racing classes have rules. Is your objective to race for a trophy or to have track time in your S2000? Not the same thing. For racing, you pick a car that can win in a class you can afford to modify the car to be competitive and pay the costs to run the whole season. And, have enough of a buffer that crashing the car doesn't leave you taking the bus.

No mention of any safety equipment or brake enhancements on your list. Objectives and budget are great starting points!

Ignore this.
